Microsoft Security Patch Release November 2010 Advance Notification
Microsoft have released their Advance Notification for their November 2010 Security Bulletin release.
This month, there are three bulletins scheduled for release. One of the bulletins is listed as Critical, and is for Microsoft Office components, with the remaining two bulletins listed as Important and for Office and Forefront product families.
The Critical bulletin is only listed as Critical for Office 2007 products and later, with it being listed as Important for the remaining supported Office products. The first of the Important bulletins is listed as targeting PowerPoint.
Both bulletins for Office components have a worst case of remote code execution, while the remaining bulletin's worst case is Elevation of Privilege.
